Update |
Yes, it's official. We have secured our location (Santa Clara
Convention Center) and our date (August 9th, -11th, 2024.)
Family Day will be located at
Saratoga Springs
nestled in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains. Please visit the
Family Day page for further details on the Family Day event.
For our guests who will be staying overnight, we have secured a
block of 75 rooms at the beautiful
Hyatt Regency hotel which is
connected to the Santa Clara Convention Center at a very
affordable rate of $179 per night. Comparing that to the
standard rate of almost twice as much, it would be wise to book
early. Once this block of rooms has been filled, rooms will be
subject to availability at the prevailing rate. We hope to have
a link to book rooms by the end of August, the first part
of September.
We are attempting to negotiate with the Hilton of Santa Clara
for additional rooms as well as other hotels within the area.
Unfortunately, we have not received a response yet. We will
update you as progress is made.
There are many
beautiful hotels
nearby, but no special rates at this
time have been established
Ticket prices and the venue for Saturday night and Family Day
will be announced hopefully by late August and will be available
for purchase online by the early part of September. Ticket
prices will include entry to the Saturday Night Social (Gala)
and Family Day at Saratoga Springs on Sunday, August 11th,
2024. Patrick McDowell has done a fantastic job in working with
Saratoga Springs to provide
a casual, relaxing, stress-free experience that includes
unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks, and water along with lunch.
