 This
was the high-class event of the evening, with high class
entertainment, and high-class dining along with our
high-class graduates from 1968 through 1989.
To top it all off, the Executive Chef J Dalling delivered a incredibly delicious Gala Night diner that includes a
choice of slow Braised Beef Short Ribs with mashed potatoes,
Herb Chicken Breast Forest with mushrooms, citrus and sage
jus, Cavettapi Pasta.
Music was provided by Big Fun Disc Jockey, featuring
music from on of the greatest eras of music, the 1960s,
1970’s and the 1980’s.
What's even more exciting is, our DJ was Henry Kim ,
Lisa Parker Kim's husband. Lisa is from the awesome class of
1983.
It certainly was a great evening of fine dining, great
music, dancing, and great conversations with all of our friends from high school. This is what brings back good
memories and creates new memories.
