We would like to share our happiness and joy with Kris Quinn class of 68 in her recovery and hope that she will return to the LHS Committee and help us rap up the final stages of planning this great reunion.
As you know, we are less then 3 months away from the big reunion. We are in the final stages of planning but we still have some work ahead of us. We can never have enough help and as we have said before, we would welcome any of you to contact us to volunteer in this endeavor. If interested, please! Contact any of the Steering Committee members for information.
Ticket Sales
Ticket sales are going well but I want to remind all of you that we are closing in on the cut off date of June 15th. Tickets are going for $65.00 per person for both the Gala and Family Day Event. Remember, we will not be offering tickets at the door. The LHS Reunion Committee is working on a strict budget that does not allow us to accommodate those who may want to attend at the last moment. We need an accurate head count to make sure that we have enough food and drinks etc. The Santa Clara Convention Center needs to know how many guest we expect in order to accommodate that amount of guest. So please! Order your tickets ASAP either by sending your check or through Pay Pal.
Polo Shirts
The Mega Reunion is offering Polo Shirts for sale commemorating this historic reunion. Shirts will be available in Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and Super Large. Shirts are being offered on a pre order basis at $15.00 per shirt and can be purchased by filling out the pre order form found on our website. Payments will be accepted through Pay Pal or personal check. Order yours day!
Other Activities
Some of our grads are planning special activities that will be in addition to the Mega Reunion. Pam and Mike Weiand are inviting the class of 1973 for a get together Friday night August 8th 2003, at the Back Beat located in Santa Clara just off of Lawrence Expressway and Homestead Rd. Raffle Basket
I would like to thank Denise Camacho Hickok for a wonderful idea and planning of the class year raffle baskets. I think this will be one of the most exciting events at the reunion. But Denise needs volunteers and donations to be able to fulfill this event. Won’t you please help her out in anyway you can? Golf Tournament

Car Show
Rob Karr class of 1968 and our Family Day Coordinator are arranging a display of fellow grads classic cars. Maybe you still own that hot rod from high school? Bring it down, as long as it is complete and runs. It doesn’t have to be a show quality vehicle. Just a fun trip down memory lane. Bikes are also welcome.
